At Physicians for Human Rights, I led the ground-up renovation of the organization's web presence, and hired and headed a new web team. Implementation of an email-based messaging system streamlined and amplified the work of the organization. Content initiatives included the launch of a YouTube channel, blogging, and the development of an online course in forensic investigation.
